The film ministry in India began with a training program for a selected group of national workers for this special service. The showing of the film began in July 1991. Our first film was "Karunamayudu". We now have a series of films to show. It is a systematic effort to reach the 29,000 villages in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Our next goal is to reach as many of the 600,000 villages in India as possible.

In a 116-month period using "The Life of Christ" 4,192 villages have been reached and about 544,355 have responded to the invitation to accept Christ. The follow-up is intensive and thorough. Seeker's Conference are set up, prayer meetings and training programs are established by national pastors and Bible women. Baptismal services are provided. The Film Ministry is a most effective ministry reaching every village.
