To train the national Churches in identifying, motivating and directing both present and potential pastoral and lay leadership, and expanding their vision to reaching their nation and beyond.

To facilitate interdenominational Mission and Church cooperation to work in unity toward the fulfillment of Christ's Great Commission to reaching the world with the Gospel.

To participate with and demonstrate to lay leaders and Pastors methods of ministry that will effectively evangelize their community and help the Churches to grow spiritually and numerically.

To initiate, assist and improve Pastors Welfare projects.
