Life Care's first director, Rev. Joseph Muhota,
has served as a pastor in Africa for over forty years. Rev. Muhota registered
and directed Africa Ministry Resources for seven years and East Regional Team
for three years.
Pastor Joseph Kitur has been involved in Pastorial work since 1983.
