Board Meeting and Dedication of New Offices

FORT WORTH, TEXAS.  Next Monday morning July 20th, board members from North and South and East and West will be arriving at our Fort Worth, TX offices for our mid-year board meeting.  These passionate servants of the Lord give their time for two in person and several teleconfernce meetings each year.  They are not paid but you would never know that from the way they go about their work.  They are committed and make time for this critical role they play in leading World Missions Far Corners.  Each of our board members have personal experience in missions and provide sound Biblical guidance for the ministry.  This will also be our occasion to honor Pat Murdock-Cook for her 44 years of faithful service and her continuing board service. 

We will also have the privilege of dedicating our new offices to God's glory.  We will be joined by local officials, pastors, seminarians, some media and invited guest.  What a joy it will be to thank God for his provision of these new facilities and at less than half the cost we were paying in California.  I would ask that you pray for us in these two events.  Our Board meeting will be on Monday the 20th and the Office Dedication on Tuesday the 21st.  Our focus in the dedication service will be from Matthew 25:40 the care and support we provide to suffering people around the world and Matthew 28:19-20 and our joy in proclaiming the Gospel of our Lord Jesus to all we serve.
