We need your prayer
support.: We are looking for prayer partners who will pray with us for
the specific needs of this ministry. This is a work built on prayer and
it is vital to our survival.
We need financial support: This is a faith ministry, we are working on God´s budget and trusting Him to send in the funds that we need. We are trusting God to lay it on the hearts of His people to provide for this work. It is possible to donate to the general fund for Peru or to earmark your gift for special projects such as a well for the school, benches for a new church, books for the school library, materials for the children´s ministry, instruments and sound system for the praise and worship evangelism team, Bibles for the church members. (all new believers are given New Testaments, but as they grow in the Word they have a desire for a complete Bible), solar panals or a generator for the Bible School, a transportation fund to move the teams to and from the base villages, or to bring students to the Bible school, a water tank for the downtown headquarters, medicines for the villagers, first aid kits for the boats, study supplies for the students. If you would like a list of special projects with the estimated cost, please send an e-mail and we will be happy to give you details for whichever project is laid on your heart. We need visitors: We would love to host teams to provide special inservices for our teachers of the Bible school to keep them spiritually fed, updated and qualified to provide top quality training to our students. We are also looking for experienced trainers in the field of children´s ministry to work with the Bible school students and the village leaders. We feel that a strong children´s program is the fastest and most effective way to make lasting changes in the future of the river people. Youth groups who can share their talents and skills with the village youth are also in demand. We would love to be able to provide more medical attention through visiting medical teams. We are also confident that if you come and visit and see what is happening here you will never be the same. We are certain that you will return to your home with the same passion for this vision that we feel and that you will be compelled to tell others and spread the word of what the Lord is doing in the Amazon. In the future, we are also hoping to be able to bring in containers of supplies for the people on the rivers. We have all of the legal work done here to allow us to do this, but we do not have the support from the states in place yet. We are praying about this and the Lord knows what we need. We are here, we are committed to working the river area with whatever resources that we have. The Lord has given us a trememdous vision and passion for this work...it is not our work, it is not the team members work, it is the Lord´s and we are trusting Him to provide for our needs. If you can help us financially, we will be grateful for the support, but our most urgent request is that you join us in prayer for these precious souls of the rivers. Time is short, the harvest is great and the laborers are few, please join us.
